About the opportunity

Eskom is recruiting nine graduates into its Learning Programme at Camden Power Station in Ermelo, Mpumalanga. The programme is at Grade L7 and gives you institutionalised training as well as on-the-job training. Successful applicants are placed in Eskom Operations across its divisions.

No work experience is required. If you have completed your degree and want to start your career at one of South Africa’s largest employers, this is a strong place to begin.

The nine positions are spread across the following departments:

• Human Resources: 2 positions
• Procurement: 2 positions
• Materials Management: 2 positions
• Environmental: 1 position
• Integrated Risk: 1 position
• Quality: 1 position

Minimum requirements

• A fully completed degree, B Com or BA, in one of the following fields: Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Logistics, Safety Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Environmental, Quality Management, Integrated Business Improvement, Health Science, Health Information, Social Science or Industrial Psychology
• South African citizenship
• No experience required
