Requirements
We’re looking for driven individuals who:
Are 18 to 35 years old
Are South African citizens
Passed and completed grade 12 Umalusi
Live in the Western Cape
Have been unemployed for at least one month before the final interview
Are NOT currently studying or enrolled in another learnership
Have at least 2 years’ experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality
Have not previously participated in a DEDAT learnership programme
