Begk’s Smoked Food is looking for reliable, confident and energetic salespeople to join our team for the upcoming festive market season.
We will be trading at a number of markets and events across the Western Cape over the coming months, with opportunities to work at different locations throughout the season.
Our upcoming events include:
Melkbos Fees – Melkbosstrand
24 September – 3 October
Craft Expo – Bellville
29 September – 17 October
Stellenberg Feesmark
21 October – 7 November
We are looking for people who are:
* Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking to customers
* Professional, reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for a stand
* Presentable, energetic and enthusiastic about sales
* Comfortable handling stock, card and cash payments
* Able to assist with setting up, maintaining and packing down the stand when required
* Previous sales, retail, hospitality or market experience is a strong advantage
* Having your own reliable transport is highly advantageous, as markets take place at different locations
About us
Begk’s Smoked Food is an established producer of handmade artisan salamis, smoked meats and deli products, trading at markets, festivals and events across the Western Cape.
This is a seasonal / event-based position, with the possibility of regular work throughout the festive season and at future markets and larger events.
