🛒 Shop Assistant Duties

Customer Service Agents may assist customers with enquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve customer concerns professionally, and ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service.
👤 What They Are Looking For
Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, well presented and comfortable working with customers. Good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are important for these positions.
Previous retail or customer service experience may be an advantage, depending on the position and requirements.
